Healthy Beginnings is a program that provides services to pregnant and/or 60 days postpartum women and their minority children. These services are available throughout the women’s pregnancy and until their babies are two years old.
Program services include: home visits, group education sessions, referrals to needed services and pregnancy/postpartum support and education.
